Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy with children in home, school, and community settings across Indiana, including Bluffton, IN. The role emphasizes data collection, treatment plan implementation, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors.

This position offers flexibility with Full-Time and Part-Time options, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for training, professional development, and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep records of client progress
• Travel to client homes/community settings as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to ongoing learning
