Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus, LLC is seeking a compassionate part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in Columbus, Indiana, under BCBA supervision. RBT certification is preferred; BACB training and certification support is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Must provide a copy of diploma, GED, or official transcript(s)).
• RBT Certification preferred; BACB training and certification support provided for the right candidate.
• Maintain RBT certification requirements, supervision hours, and ongoing professional development units.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals in home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized strategies from the behavior support plan.
• Implement skill acquisition programs.
• Implement behavior reduction programs to decrease challenging behaviors safely.
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills using ABA strategies.
• Accurately collect and record behavioral and skill data for plan adjustments.
• Complete daily session notes and Medicaid-compliant documentation in EHR/EMR.
• Communicate with caregivers, families, BCBAs, and clinical team regarding progress and concerns.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions for professional development.
• Assist with assessments and implement feedback from supervising BCBA.
