Job summary

Succeed ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with Autism in Indiana. We hire experienced and entry-level therapists and offer ongoing trainings under supervision to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA interventions, data collection, reporting to families, and coordinating with program staff under supervision. Competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling are provided.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• Effective communication in English; Spanish a plus
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure program consistency
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities of client
