Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents as a married couple to live in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of 8–13 students. The positions involve guiding academic, emotional, and social growth and require both spouses to be married at least two years and at least 27 years old.

Couples follow a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.

Qualificações

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Lead devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
