Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents for couples who will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, and structured supervision for a group of 8-13 students. The role includes managing routines, scheduling, and participating in activities and devotions to foster student development.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and have a high school diploma or GED. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
