Job summary

AutoNation in Renton, WA seeks a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to acquire inventory by purchasing customer vehicles. You’ll provide an exceptional customer experience, manage expectations, and communicate throughout the We\'ll Buy Your Car process.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Extremely self-motivated with strong drive to meet targets.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and manage expectations.
• Strong communication, prospecting, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with good follow-up and research abilities.
• Experience with technology and making vehicle offers using sound judgement.
• Valid In-State Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming leads via phone, internet, and walk-ins.
• Uses all resources to identify private parties selling vehicles.
• Sets up dealership visits for vehicle appraisal.
• Executes AutoNation We'll Buy Your Car same-day payment process.
• Reviews vehicle condition reports and inspects vehicles onsite.
• Interacts with customers throughout the day, in person and by phone.
• Refer customers preferring trade-in to the sales team.
