Job summary

You will lead market research, pursue strategies, and collaborate with leadership and marketing to win projects across education, government, healthcare, and office sectors, maintaining a healthy pipeline and speaking at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of business development experience in the AEC industry preferred.
• Strong planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new project opportunities and drive growth.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies.
• Build and nurture client and industry partner relationships.
• Lead pursuits with leadership and marketing; develop proposals.
• Represent GH2 at conferences and events; collaborate on sponsorships and social media.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide forecasting.
