Job summary

Maverick Content Studio LLC is seeking an organized, proactive Production Coordinator to support on-site shoots, pre-production, and post-production workflows. You’ll manage locations, crews, calendars, budgets, and client communications to deliver high-quality content.

You should bring 5–7 years of production experience, a strong portfolio, and familiarity with ClickUp, Frame.io, and Google Workspace. The role is based in Winter Park, FL with in-office days.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of production experience, with social media or content production preferred.
• A diverse portfolio of innovative, high-performing content production work.
• Understanding of social platforms and digital content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site production representative and coordinate locations and crew.
• Lead pre-production tasks: call sheets, permits, freelance crew booking.
• Manage production calendars and coordinate weekly shoots across clients.
• Oversee post-shot delivery and asset management for editing teams.
• Troubleshoot issues to keep shoots on track.
• Stay current on social media trends to inform strategy.
