Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Fulfillment or related field.
• 1+ year experience managing a team.
• Flexibility to work late-night and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, hire, coach and develop staff, and foster a safety-first culture.
• Drive results through scheduling, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze data to make strategic recommendations on resource allocation, workflow, and site organization.
• Coach the team to deliver a high-quality customer experience with accuracy and speed.
