Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Bellevue, WA is looking for a Full Time Server to deliver high-quality dining service to residents, maintain dining areas, and support a hospitality-driven team focused on trust and care.

You will take orders, serve meals, assist with dietary needs, clear and reset tables, and help with stocking and safety compliance. A high school diploma and good English skills are required; prior restaurant experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Exposed to restaurant operations or ability to learn.
• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit and authorization documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to operate standard serving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests.
• Uphold table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing between courses, and resetting tables.
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner and assist with dining needs.
• Follow dietary guidelines and care plans as outlined by the Supervisor.
• Report safety or equipment issues to the Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and comply with food safety protocols.
