Job summary

MBK Senior Living seeks a server to provide high-quality dining service to residents, families, and guests in a compassionate, professional environment. You will take orders, serve meals, clear tables, and help ensure resident comfort and satisfaction.

The role requires attention to dietary needs, strong English communication, and the ability to work a part of a rotating schedule, including Fridays through Sundays. Join a team focused on hospitality and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit.
• Must complete required background clearances, health screening, and provide TB results within 7 days.
• Must meet state regulatory requirements, such as Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, families, and guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Prepare and reset tables, clear dishes between courses, and maintain a clean dining area and serving stations.
• Assist residents with menu selections, accommodate dietary needs, and support room service as requested.
• Greet and seat residents warmly, track meal attendance, and coordinate with the team for timely service.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and report any equipment or safety issues to supervisors.
