Aafes is seeking a Customer Experience Associate for the Outdoor Living area at Fort Benning. You will help customers find outdoor and seasonal items, share knowledge on trends, and ensure a helpful, friendly shopping experience.

You’ll contribute to a team that educates and excites shoppers while maintaining efficient transactions. Join a dedicated Exchange team with flexible scheduling and robust benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, PTO, and a pension/401K plan

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication with shoppers.
• Willingness to cross-train and support multiple store areas.

Responsibilities

• Ask follow-up questions to recommend appropriate items.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while entertaining customers.
