Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and typing ability.
• Ability to greet and assist members and visitors professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in information handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve members and guests.
• Represent YMCA, enforce facility policies and security.
• Handle member concerns and telephone inquiries promptly.
• Process member registrations and program sign-ups accurately.
• Manage monetary transactions during shift and balance receipts.
• Maintain clean, professional appearance and wear YMCA attire.
• Open/close center and ensure building is secure at night.
• Work flexible hours, including some weekends.
