Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to deter theft and maintain security.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting and build trust with staff.
• Report theft incidents to Manager on Duty and follow shortage reduction programs.
• Assist in training associates on security procedures.
