Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer entering or exiting with a warm smile and energetic greeting.
• Monitor entrances and high‑risk areas to reduce theft and maintain security.
• Report theft incidents or suspicious behavior to the Manager on Duty when identified.
• Conduct bag and package checks on store personnel and associates in line with safety standards.
• Train and guide associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to designated dress standards.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
