Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles (GVW 14,500–26,000 lb).
• Ability to meet all DOT requirements and maintain medical certification.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, with assistance for heavier items as needed.
• Strong commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Flexible schedules, including overtime as required.
• Ability to resolve delivery challenges independently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Driver's license valid and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle following DOT regulations and company policies.
• Execute line haul deliveries between branches and customer locations.
• Independently manage delivery routes and adapt to schedule changes.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload merchandise with accuracy.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules with branch leadership and communicate delays or changes.
• Use handheld tech to document deliveries and obtain customer confirmations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Build customer relationships through professional interactions and responsive service.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to resolve customer concerns and support growth.
• Support warehouse operations and inventory-related activities as needed.
