Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating box trucks 14,500–26,000 lb GVW.
• Able to meet DOT requirements and medical certification.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb; team lift for heavier items.
• Strong safety, customer service, and operations focus.
• Flexible schedules including overtime.
• Valid state Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to complete scheduled deliveries.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload merchandise following safety procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve routine questions.
• Utilize handheld technology to manage routes, obtain signatures, and document delivery completion.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Verify order accuracy and condition of merchandise.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support warehouse operations as needed (picking, stocking, staging, inventory).
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams for a seamless experience.
• Communicate proactively about delays or route changes.
