Lowe's Companies, Inc. seeks a delivery associate in Tampa to complete scheduled customer deliveries from a Lowe's service area. You will load and secure merchandise, use handheld devices for routes and signatures, and perform pre/post-trip inspections to maintain safety and service standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid in-state driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs with team lift for heavier items. Flexibility for overtime is expected.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles with GVW 14,500–26,000 lbs.
• Meet all DOT requirements and maintain medical certification.
• Able to lift/carry/push/pull merchandise up to 40 lbs, team lift for heavier items.
• Strong commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime when needed.
• Valid Driver License in-state.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to complete scheduled customer deliveries within assigned service areas.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload merchandise while following safety procedures and DOT requirements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handling routine questions and escalating issues as needed.
• Use handheld tech to manage routes, capture customer signatures, and document delivery completion.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure merchandise arrives in excellent condition.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, vehicle safety standards, and transportation regulations.
• Support warehouse operations: pulling, stocking, staging, and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless experience.
• Communicate proactively about delays, route changes, or customer concerns.
