Qualifications

• CDL license and medical certificate required or ability to obtain.
• Valid MVR check and ability to comply with DOT/CDL regulations.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to operate delivery equipment and load vehicles safely.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times and assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, or loading merchandise.
• Plans delivery activities, prints loading tickets, and delivers merchandise on schedule.
• Loads trucks, inspects products, and matches items on invoice with quantities.
• Communicates delivery status, coordinates with drivers, and ensures safe, compliant loads.
• Maintains store safety and cleanliness, and reports hazards as needed.
