Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience with box trucks 14,500–26,000 GVW.
• Able to meet DOT medical certification requirements.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lb with team lift for heavier items.
• Commitment to safety, service and operational excellence.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Valid in-state driver license (DL) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to complete scheduled customer deliveries within assigned service areas.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload merchandise following safety procedures and DOT requirements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, resolve routine questions, escalate when needed.
• Utilize handheld technology to manage routes, obtain signatures, document completion.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure merchandise arrives in good condition.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Support warehouse operations including pulling, stocking, and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service for seamless delivery.
• Communicate proactively about delays, route changes, or concerns.
