Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent accepted.
• 1+ years operating box trucks or similar vehicles (GVW 14,500–26,000 lbs).
• Meet DOT requirements and maintain medical certification.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with team lift for heavier items.
• Strong commitment to safe, customer-focused service.
• Flexible schedules including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform line haul deliveries between branches and customer locations.
• Plan and adjust routes to optimize delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload merchandise with accuracy.
• Coordinate schedules with branch leadership and communicate delays or changes.
• Use handheld tech to document deliveries and obtain customer confirmations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
