Qualifications

• Six months of experience using a computer and basic retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills are required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint paint, cut pipes, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
