Job summary

Elsevier Health is seeking an Administrative Production Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality health education video content. This role focuses on production administration, including script management, document organization, database maintenance, and supporting cross-functional studio operations.

The position works closely with the Head of Content and the Studio Team to ensure content assets, documentation, and workflows remain accurate, organized, and accessible, coordinating tasks

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the administrative side of video production.
• Knowledge of film/video production workflows.
• Experience using Microsoft and Google applications.
• Familiarity with Dropbox; Adobe DAM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conform scripts after video releases.
• Create and manage task manager (Asana) tasks for ongoing video projects.
• Add updates, information, documents, and templates into project tasks.
• Create and properly store outline and script documents for medical experts and production staff.
• Maintain organization and version control of outlines, scripts, TOCs, and related documents.
• Update databases as needed.
• Partner with the Client Services team to send review script sets to clients.
• Create or update TOCs, draft video release communications, maintain digital asset systems, support studio requests, and submit award nominations.
