Swig is hiring daytime team members to help deliver happy experiences with every cup. You’ll greet guests, craft drinks and foods, and keep the dining area clean in a friendly, fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with strong communication and teamwork skills, reliable transport, and a willingness to learn. This role offers flexible hours, tips included, and a fun, energetic team atmosphere.

Competenze

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Food handler's permit or ability to obtain
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
• Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless—tables, surfaces, and floors.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep everything organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items to help customers discover new favorites.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold Swig’s standards and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.
