Job summary

Swig is hiring crew members to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy store. You will craft drinks and food, greet guests, and keep areas clean while collaborating with teammates. Flexible hours and a fun, energetic atmosphere are part of the role.

Applicants should be 16 or older, possess a food handler's permit, and bring strong communication and teamwork skills. Prior restaurant experience is a bonus and opportunities for growth are available.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food following Swig’s procedures.
• Greet guests with a smile and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workstations clean and organized.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging to maintain efficiency.
• Handle to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all duties.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Suggest add-ons and help customers discover favorites.
