Job summary

Swig is seeking energetic crew members to craft drinks, greet guests with a friendly smile, and keep the store clean in a fast-paced, fun environment.

You’ll handle prep, stocking, to-go and delivery orders, upsell items, and work with a close-knit team to deliver happiness in every cup. Must be at least 16, have a food handler's permit, reliable transportation, and be available for flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks and food by following Swig procedures.
• Greet guests with a smile and ensure a smooth experience.
• Keep dining areas, outdoor spaces, and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging.
• Handle to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain rotation, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Suggest add-ons and menu items to enhance guest experience.
