Swig is seeking daytime Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service in a lively setting. You’ll craft drinks, greet guests warmly, and keep spaces clean while helping with prep, stock, and to-go orders. A positive attitude and reliability are essential, with age 16+ and food handler basics preferred.

Qualifications

• Daytime shifts 7am–3pm on weekdays.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Food handler's permit or ability to obtain one.
• Reliable transportation and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
• Keep dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep things organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items to enhance customer experience.
