Job summary

Swig is hiring Daytime Team Members to craft drinks and foods, greet guests, and keep spaces clean. You’ll support prep, restocking, and order fulfillment while maintaining top-notch service in a fast-paced setting.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude. 16+ years old with a food handler’s permit and transportation are preferred. Earn $12–$14 per hour plus tips in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Daytime availability 7am–3pm on weekdays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Keep dining areas and workspaces clean and organized.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging for efficiency.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy.
• Maintain health and safety standards across service areas.
• Offer add-ons and menu items to enhance guest experience.
