Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, automotive industry a plus.
• Proficient in QuickBooks.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Integrity, reliability, and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare month-end closing reports.
• Process payroll and assist with benefit tracking (ADP a plus).
• Track inventory-related financials.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheet and income statements, assist with budgeting, and report to management.
• Coordinate with external CPA for tax preparation and year-end filings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Other duties as requested to maintain the office.
