Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards.
• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures, which may include preparing and assembling various menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa/dressing, and packing condiments.
• Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.
