Job summary

The LINE DC is seeking a Dishwashers/Stewards to join our culinary team. You will support the Executive Sous Chef by managing dishwashing operations in a fast-paced environment and ensuring all kitchen areas stay clean and sanitary.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in hospitality is a plus, and you’ll be part of a culture that values community and quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in hospitality/service beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized dishwashing areas and storage.
• Support kitchen staff and report to the Executive Sous Chef.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed.
• Assist with daily line duties and stock management.
