Formación

• Experience operating dishwashing machines and using cleaning supplies efficiently.
• Wash, sanitize, and dry all kitchenware and utensils thoroughly.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Safely use and operate all necessary kitchen tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively and follow written and spoken instructions.
• Multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Work comfortably in confined, potentially crowded spaces with variable noise/temperature.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stay mobile throughout the shift.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a steady workflow to keep up with kitchen and dining area needs and prevent backlogs of dirty dishes.
• Ensure cleaned items are sanitized and restocked promptly to their proper places.
• Monitor and maintain dishwashing equipment, reporting issues to management.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Assist in keeping back of house and restrooms clean and orderly.
• Manage waste disposal efficiently, keeping garbage areas clean and tidy.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow company policies in the Employee Handbook to foster a cooperative workplace.
• Perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks to support overall restaurant operations.
