Life Alive in Washington, DC is seeking a part-time Dishwasher for our West End location. You will stock stations, prepare ingredients and keep the kitchen clean while supporting front-of-house teams to ensure fast, friendly service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to procedures, and a positive guest experience. Candidates should be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and thrive in a busy environment. Part-time schedule with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to reach overhead and lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
• Stocks and prepares stations for service.
• Communicates product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs).
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the station.
• Accommodates guest-specific requests and modifications.
• Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
• Achieves a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
