Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting and retrieving data.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely pickup or delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support the customer experience.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tint, cut pipes).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
