Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking independent inspectors to visit residential construction sites within a 25-mile radius of Clyde, NC, capturing interior and exterior progress photos via the Pruvan app.

You will submit photos for report compilation by the team; no writing is required. The contract pays a flat rate per project. A flexible schedule, reliable transportation, PPE, and a smartphone/tablet compatible with the app are required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hours notice.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos with the Pruvan app to show on-site progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
• No report writing is required; focus on photo documentation.
