Job summary

Bowie House, Auberge Collection in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Cocktail Server to provide attentive beverage and dining service to guests. You will take orders, serve drinks and food per hotel standards, and help ensure a warm, polished guest experience.

Qualifications

One year experience in foodservice/hospitality; Bartender preferred.
Knowledge of spirits, beer and wine; luxury property experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and move in a fast-paced setting.
Able to work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
Able to communicate in English with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guest tables per hotel specifications.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, prices, ingredients, presentation and standards.
Abide by state liquor regulations, including restrictions on minors and intoxicated patrons.
Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and maintain guest relations.
Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
