Qualifications

• Ability to obtain state/local certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist lounge servers; retrieve beverages and food orders per hotel standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, pricing, prep times, ingredients, presentation.
• Adhere to state liquor regulations; refuse service to minors or intoxicated guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations.
