Job summary

Smoky Mountain Smash in Gatlinburg Skypark is seeking a friendly Cashier to deliver excellent customer service, handle transactions accurately, and help maintain a smooth flow at the register during busy periods.

You will greet guests, assist with menu selections, promote current promotions, operate the POS system, balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, and keep the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ABC card (TABC) required or able to obtain within 30 days.
• Cashier or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and greet customers.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about offerings.
• Promote current promotions and special deals.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and dining space.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
