Job summary

Smoky Mountain Smash in Gatlinburg Skypark is seeking a friendly Cashier to deliver excellent customer service, handle transactions accurately, and help maintain a smooth flow at the register during busy periods.

You will greet guests, assist with menu selections, promote current promotions, operate the POS system, balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, and keep the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Customer Service:

- Provide information about current promotions and special deals.

- Cash Handling:

- Accurately process customer orders and handle cash transactions.

- Operate the cash register and ensure correct pricing.

- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.

- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.

- Order Management:

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
