Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Support Specialist (Independent Contractor) to support adults with autism in Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. You will conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and help implement Positive Behavior Support Plans, partnering with families and clinical teams.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, person-centered services with flexible hours and field-based work in community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field required or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience developing and implementing FBAs and PBSPs.
• Applied Behavioral Analysis experience required.
• License preferred: Behavior Specialist or BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
• Develop and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans with the team and family.
• Provide ongoing assessment, program design, monitoring of interventions, data collection and direct therapy.
