Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health seeks Community Support Professionals (CSPs) to assist adults with autism in Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible 4-hour shifts with 10–40 billable hours weekly and an hourly rate of $18.00–$20.00.

Bonuses of $250 per quarter (max $1,000/year) apply with minimum 10 hours billed weekly, and no benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
High School Diploma with at least 6 months experience working directly with individuals with any developmental disability, including autism

Responsibilities

Provide community-based support and skill development to young adults diagnosed with autism who are transitioning out of educational programs
Provide support to participants in the areas of communication, social skills, self-care, work readiness, vocational training, and community based supportive employment
Use evidence-based instructional strategies to help participants achieve goals across home, community and work settings
Complete progress notes and data collection for each participant.
Work with the Integration Specialist and Behavior Support Specialist, if applicable, to identify areas of strength and need
