Hybrid work enables writing assessments from home plus in-community visits across Delaware County, PA. Requirements include 2+ years directly supporting ID/Autism, a relevant master’s degree or PA Behavior Specialist License, or a bachelor’s degree with supervisory supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field as a prerequisite.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License or equivalent credential required.
• Bachelor's degree with supervision commitment acceptable if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to inform plans.
• Collaborate with families, Supports Coordinators, and care teams; train and align stakeholders.
