Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lebanon, NH to support the General Manager in daily store operations. The ASM will supervise hourly staff, manage cash handling, inventory and admin tasks, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years supervisory experience, strong communication, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Flexible hours, reliable transport, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be available to work flexible hours.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate, count, read and write accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline non-exempt employees.
• Monitors shift cash handling and inventory.
• Assist in investigations of shortages/overages and inventory variances.
• Maintains business records and cashier accountability sheets.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties.
• Manage cash handling procedures including deposits and change orders.
• Maintain store image and cleanliness to policy standards.
• Ensure safety, security and environmental guidelines are followed.
• Support promotional initiatives and guest service excellence.
