Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and write accurately.
• Proficient with basic computer functions and processes.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline non-exempt employees.
• Monitor shift cash handling and inventory.
• Assist in investigations of shortages/overages.
• Maintain business records and cashier accountability sheets.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll and related duties as requested.
• Manage cash deposits and change orders.
• Maintain store image standards and cleanliness.
• Ensure store security, safety and compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate gasoline deliveries and assist in promotions.
• Promote high guest service levels.
