Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our clinical team in Sayreville, New Jersey. The BT will implement ABA-based treatment plans for children with autism, collaborate with BCBA and fellow RBTs, and document progress while adhering to high clinical standards.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred related coursework.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college or related field studies are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans to promote skill development and real-world outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other RBTs to ensure quality service delivery.
• Document client progress and maintain records; participate in supervision and training.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions to stay current with best practices.
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and a supportive work environment.
