Job summary
People Incorporated is hiring an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist (Fee for Service) to provide home-based services to children birth to 3 in natural environments across Massachusetts. You will collaborate with families on IFSPs and participate in assessments, team consultations, and family meetings, supporting feeding, autism, and communication goals.
Enjoy a flexible schedule with competitive pay, including $58/hr for home visits and $70/hr for assessments, plus meeting pay.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed SLP in MA.
- Experience with feeding, autism, or social communication is preferred.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Criminal background check and driving record screening required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Early Intervention experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide home-based speech/language services to child birth to 3 in natural environments.
- Collaborate with families on Individualized Family Service Plans.
- Participate in assessments, team consultations, and family meetings.
- Support children with feeding, autism, and communication disorders.
