People Incorporated is seeking an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist (Fee for Service) in Fall River, MA. The role offers a flexible schedule with home visits and paid assessments. Compensation includes hourly rates for visits and evaluations, with additional meeting pay.

Requirements include Massachusetts licensure as an SLP, driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid. Experience with feeding, autism, or social communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Massachusetts.
• Experience with feeding, autism, or social communication preferred.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Early Intervention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based speech-language services to children birth to 3 in natural environments.
• Collaborate with families on Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Participate in assessments, team consultations, and family meetings.
• Support children with feeding, autism, and communication disorders.
