Job summary

Kennedy-Donovan Center in Plymouth, MA is seeking an experienced Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist to work with infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their families using family-centered, evidence-based practices.

You will conduct developmental assessments, partner with families to develop IFSP goals, provide home, community, and group-based EI services, and coach caregivers to support their child’s development while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
• Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals.
• Provide home, community, and group-based Early Intervention services.
• Coach and empower caregivers to support their child's development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with EI standards.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development.
