Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking a part-time Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist to work 20–34 hours per week in homes and community settings. The role offers an hourly pay range of $40.00–$43.25 and a Monday–Friday schedule with no holidays or weekends.

Responsibilities include providing therapy and assessments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, supporting families, supervising students, and pursuing certification and ongoing training to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Massachusetts is required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Must pass criminal background check and driving record screening.
• CPR and First Aid certification are required.
• Early Intervention experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

• Provide therapy & assessments in homes & community settings

• Grow professionally with certification & ongoing training

What You'll Need:

• Licensed SLP in Massachusetts
• Experience with feeding, autism, or social communication preferred
• Passion for pediatric early intervention
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.
• Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.
• Early Intervention experience is preferred
