Purpose

Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver premier care in the Santa Isabel area, serving adults of all ages. You will assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote movement and reduce pain.

As an Independent Contractor, you’ll manage your schedule with flexibility and independence while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with supervising therapists to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Licensed Physical Therapist and registered in the state.
• Curriculum approved by APTA / CMAA councils.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs to promote movement and reduce pain.
• Develop and execute treatment plans to restore function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and discreet patient records.
